Community Service At The Execu|Search Group our dedication to service extends beyond our clients and candidates and into our community. We believe in contributing to the greater good and in promoting sustainable and ethical business practices. Our firm has a long history of supporting worthy causes and organizations in the New York City Tri-State area and Greater Boston. On a monthly basis, our firm raises money for a charity that has been selected by our staff. Our charitable fundraising drives include everything from raising money to collecting toys, coats and food. Our staff recognize the significance of their community in their own personal success and happily work hard to give back. As the driving force behind our community initiatives, staff members participate in community charity events, volunteer their time to a variety of causes, and make donations to a wide range of organizations. We encourage staff to get involved as volunteers and supporters of community organizations and offer all staff members an extra day off to volunteer their time.
