 New York, August 2010 - The Execu|Search Group today announced that it is celebrating its twenty-fifth year providing recruitment, temporary/consulting and retained search services to the City of New York and the Tri-State Area.
On August 1, 1985, The Execu|Search Group was founded as a recruitment firm focused on serving accounting firms, boutique hedge funds, and private equity funds. The Execu|Search Group establishes Master's of Science in Nursing Scholarship
New York, July 2010 -The Execu|Search Group is proud to announce the establishment of “The Execu|Search Group Master’s of Science in Nursing Scholarship.” The purpose of The Execu|Search scholarship is to provide financial assistance to nurses working towards a Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN).
The scholarship will offer a student enrolled in an accredited Master’s of Science in Nursing program $1,500 to use towards educational expenses. Residents in the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) who are enrolled in an accredited Master’s of Science of Nursing program and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 are invited to apply.

Execu|Search staff members complete the YAI Network's Central Park Challenge
New York, June 2010 - Team Execu|Search showed off their athletic abilities this weekend at the YAI Network’s 25th Annual Central Park Challenge. The YAI/ National Institute for People with Disabilities Network provides opportunity to people with developmental and learning disabilities, within the New York Metropolitan Area.
On Saturday, June 5th, thousands of families, celebrities, and members of the community came together to raise awareness for the rights and aspirations of people with disabilities. 10,000 walkers and 2,000 runners filled Central Park for the fundraising event, which offered a 3K walk, 5K run, a play area, and the Children’s Jr. All-American Races.
The Execu|Search Group assembled a team of 10 to participate in the organization’s 5K Run. The team felt it was truly an incredible experience to join thousands of other participants at the park and support the developmentally disabled community. The Execu|Search Group recognizes and values the tremendous work that YAI does for people with disabilities.
YAI’s fundraising goal of $1,500,000.00 has already been exceeded with $1,515,395.79 in donations, but if you would like to contribute, donations will be accepted through July 31st on the YAI website.

The Execu|Search Group launches "Choose Our Charity" contest
New York, May 2010 - The Execu|Search Group is announcing its first-ever social media contest aimed at recognizing the importance of its followers and community. The firm has launched a “Choose Our Charity Contest,” allowing its Facebook followers to help choose which charity it will raise money for in the month of July.
As part of its community initiatives, The Execu|Search Group raises money for a different charity each month. The firm believes it is should support the charities that its followers are involved with, so they decided to create the “Choose Our Charity Contest.” The contest is simple: by visiting The Execu|Search Group on Facebook, you can fill out an entry form to suggest what charity the firm will raise funds for. From May 24th through June 25th, all entrants will be compiled and a winner will be chosen at random.

New York, May 2010 - The Execu|Search Group is proud to announce that one of its temporary employees, Christine Mathurin, was nominated for the New York Staffing Association’s Staffing Employee of the Year Award. She was chosen as one of four finalists invited to attend the awards ceremony and luncheon presentation hosted at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York on Tuesday, May 18, 2010. Healthcare Staffing Coordinator Amanda Bleakney nominated Christine because she feels that Christine embodies the five key messages of the American Staffing Association: jobs, flexibility, bridge, choice, and training. The five messages relay what the organization believes to be the major benefits of working as a temporary employee. Christine’s flexibility in choice of assignment allowed her to work at four different clients of The Execu|Search Group.
