The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for ensuring proper application operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks, including: receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. The scope of this position includes mailbox monitoring, remedy tracking and reporting, global implementation and support for the application.

Required Skills
|

- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Good writing and communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of Management
- Ability to prioritize and facilitate assignments with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and support special project needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in troubleshooting MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
